The alligator clip is perfect for holding placecards, table numbers, food & drink names, recipe cards, photos, and "Reserved" signage. The Bolivar Lighthouse is located on the eastern end of Galveston and was built originally in 1852. However, during the Civil War, the lighthouse was completely dismantled and rebuilt after the war in 1872, when it was painted with black and white horizontal stripes. Since the lighthouse has been privately sold, the white stripes have rusted and the lighthouse now appears uniformly black.
