Rum Drinks For A Pirate Party
Being authentic may not be a desirable goal for your pirate-themed gathering (at least as far as hygiene goes), but serving up a couple of drinks inspired by pirate history isn't a bad idea. In fact, these three are downright delish.

Mix ingredients together and serve straight up in an old-fashioned glass.

Beat egg yolks in a bowl with sugar. In a saucepan, bring ale, gin, sherry, cinnamon, cloves, and lemon peel just until boiling. Whisk in egg mixture, stirring constantly and briskly.

Add all ingredients, except celery, to a cocktail shaker, mix well, and pour over ice into a highball glass.
