- Start with burlap over a gold or tan tablecloth sheet, or fabric.
- Lay the driftwood garland down the center of the burlap covering.

- Secure Japanese glass buoy floats on candleholders with Velcro.
- Mix up buoy float sizes & colors for visual interest.
