Just add each size to your cart separately. For example, to order all 3 sizes, click '3-4 inch', change the quantity if desired, then "Add to cart", this will take you to the View Cart page. To add more options (sizes), click "Continue shopping", which will take you back to the product page, where you can choose '4-6 inch', the quantity, then "Add to cart"; repeat these steps for each size. When done shopping, click 'Proceed to Checkout.'
