We used this as a living room set prop for a retreat. It worked well and helped set the atmosphere. It was a good value and much better than we could have designed ourselves.

Q: What are the measurements of the opening of the fire area. I'm just needing that part. Can I cut the rest of picture off?

A: The fire area is approximately 23" wide x 15.75" tall. This is printed on a plastic sheet, so you should be able to cut off the rest of the picture.

A: This is made of plastic, so it will be fine outside. Naturally, it will not last as long used outside as it would inside.

A: This is a picture printed on clear plastic and needs to attach to something to hold it up.

Q: can you tell me more about the product. Is in 3d or how real it looks? i am a photography studio and want to use to it for santa christmas pictures. does it look plastic

A: The fireplace is basically an illustration drawn in perspective; it is printed on thin, clear plastic. It makes a good fireplace substitute from a distance (and probably a photo), but the creases from the folded plastic are visible when you get up close. We actually have a "Santa Claus" customer that carries one with him for photos and says it works great for him.
