The Wildlife Journey

Here is the breakdown of this African expedition:
The Savanna Scouts

- On the left, a charming pair of zebras navigate an open terrain of smooth river stones and soft, feathery grasses that channel the sun-baked plains.
The Centerpiece Anchor

- Holding down the middle is a stylized giraffe, sporting bold, artisinal spots and welcoming the zebras into a chic, members-only oasis under a fiery sunburst.
The Jungle Explorer

- On the right, a sleek, dark leather elephant lifts its trunk in a good-luck salute, nestled deep within lush ferns and broad-leafed tropical foliage.
A Layered Landscape

- The safari unfolds across a hunter-green tablecloth, layered with a soft dusty-rose gauze runner to channel the contours of the African plains.
- Lush clusters of faux ferns, broad tropical leaves, delicate white blossoms, and slender stalks of palm-topped candlesticks create a rich, multi-dimensional jungle floor.
Quick-Start Setup Guide

Here is a step-by-step guide to prep & stage this safari scene:
- Prep Work
- Assemble palm-topped candlesticks and the fiery sunburst using the DIY Build Guides.
- Drill holes in 3–4" birch discs to anchor floral stems and sunburst rod.
- Paint top of 5–6" birch disc green for giraffe platform.
- Optionally paint smaller floral anchor discs green, gray, or silver depending on placement.
- Glue tufts of plastic grass onto flat marble pieces to create weighted turf patches.
- Base Layers
- Lay mottled hunter green fabric as base.
- Drape rose gauze runner on the left transitioning into sage green gauze on the right.
- Main Structure
- Place the giraffe platform and elevated fiery sun slightly left of center.
- Space the palm-tree candlesticks evenly from the center for vertical balance.
- Position zebras to the left, giraffe on the center platform, & elephant emerging from the greenery on the right
- Build Landscape
- Arrange birch disc anchors with florals, grasses, and greenery, increasing density toward the right.
- Position the 3 palm-topped candlesticks staggered but balanced toward the right.
- Weave fern garland starting behind the giraffe and around elephant with Queen Anne’s lace accents.
- Finish Details
- Set pointy mushrooms behind the elephant facing the opposite side of the table.
- Add clusters of river rocks and grass-tuft marble pieces transitioning to moss from left to center.
