Description

Uncork some hillbilly humor when you light-up your country-western or Christmas cabin party scene with this bushy-bearded moonshiner-at-night nutcracker. Standing on a round brown base carrying a lit hurricane lantern in one hand and an "XXX" moonshine jug in the other, this 14" tall country bumpkin' bootlegger is made of wood painted to simulate a moonshiner at night wearing a barrel that reads "XXX" and "MOONSHINE" over a red & yellow plaid shirt and blue britches, along with brown boots and a round-top hat with a small fabric brim rolled up on the sides.

Moonshine got it's name because it was usually distilled at night by the light of the moon, to avoid discovery by the revenuers.
