Q:
Can you please explain what it means that “hips and legs hang inconspicuously from the body”? Are they wobbly or pretty firmly attached to the body? Thank you!!

A:
The hips and legs are "wobbly' meaning that her movement simulates a hula dance. "Inconspicuous" means that the hook that attaches her hips and legs to the body is not visible.
