A: Although the sailboats are made of wood and will not sink, that are not manufactured with the proper balance to float upright.

A: Although it is made of wood and technically will float, it will not float upright.

A: You probably could separate the sailboat from the stand, but we have never tried. The stand is attached via 2 dowels inserted into holes in the bottom of the sailboat.

Although the sailboats are made of wood and will not sink, that are not manufactured with the proper balance to float upright. We have used Hawaiian blue silk leis and real Hydrangea's to simulate the effect of water, which also serve to hide the wood mount without sacrificing stability.

A: No, they are not designed to float upright. In addition, each boat is mounted on a wood base.
