We will accept the return of any new & unused product purchased at PartySwizzle.com for any reason for a full refund for 60 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

In addition, we will refund the STANDARD shipping (3-8 business days) costs associated with the original order or product (Continental US orders only). Shipping costs associated with expedited and upgraded shipping methods, shipping outside the continental US, and partial returns are not refundable.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL US, including Alaska, Hawaii, US territories & protectorates: We will accept the return of any new & unused product purchased at PartySwizzle.com for any reason for a full refund of the product cost for 60 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE: We will provide prepaid shipping labels for products that are damaged or broken due to defects in manufacturing or shipping for 60 days from the date of purchase.

OVER 60 DAYS: Furthermore, we will accept the return of any new & unused product purchased at PartySwizzle.com for any reason for a refund of the product cost up to 180 days from the date of purchase. Because we incur unrecoverable costs associated with a purchase after 60 days, we do charge a 15% restocking fee on returns after 60 days. We are unable to accept returns over 180 days.

MISTAKES & ERRORS: Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of the wrong product to you will also be accepted for exchange or refund for 60 days from the date of purchase. Party Swizzle will replace the merchandise, at our expense, or refund the product cost and STANDARD shipping costs associated with the original order, if applicable.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Naturally, we are unable to accept the return of products that are special ordered on the customer's behalf, except for damaged and defective items.

TO INITIATE A RETURN

You may initiate a return and obtain an RMA number by logging into your Party Swizzle account. Once we receive your RMA request, we will send return instructions in a separate email. Please do NOT ship the merchandise until you receive an authorization email from us.

RETURN PACKAGING CONDITIONS

All products must be returned in new and unused condition. Products must be returned in their original product packaging and include all parts, labeling, tags, accessories, and instructions. When practical, items should also be returned in their original shipping containers.

Return shipments must be adequately packaged to avoid damage and breakage, which includes 2-inches of cushioning for fragile items. Wrap items individually with cushioning material and center them in cartons away from other items and away from the sides, corners, top and bottom of the box.
