Build Mini Stages
Create height and presence for your centerpiece figures with mini platforms, made from wood discs.
- Use a medium birch wood disc slice (5-6") as a riser for the main centerpiece.
- Birch wood naturally blends with the neutral tones of the runner and shell garlands.
- Drill two holes in the main disc to insert the metallic leaf spray and pink coral stem behind the main turtle.
- Drill one hole in each of the two flanking small wood discs (3-4") to hold the glittered rose -gold cedar pick for background sparkle.
- Insert stems into drilled holes; no glue necessary, if holes are snug.
Set the Scene
Build a layered, flowing layout with textures and natural materials that echo the shore.
- Start with a crisp white tablecloth to anchor the scene.
- Add an iridescent aqua organza overlay or similar fabric to mimic the glimmer of ocean water.
- Lay a natural fiber runner down the center to add contrast and coastal texture.
